Terms of Service

1. Seller, service and acceptance

These terms govern your use of Signal Flow, operated by Future Path Technologies, trading as Signal Flow. Your agreement for access to and use of the software is with Future Path Technologies; purchases are made from Paddle as explained below. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Signal Flow is a self-serve software platform for creating branded motion assets from templates, including browser-rendered WebM video exports. It does not include standalone human-led design, consulting or production services.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a Signal Flow plan you purchase from Paddle, subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), and Signal Flow licenses the software to you.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout; registered businesses may provide a VAT or tax ID. Subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or annual cycle you select until cancelled.

4. Support

Paddle handles billing, invoice, payment and refund questions for orders it processes (paddle.net). Signal Flow handles product, account and technical support through the Contact Support page.

5. Acceptable use and suspension

• You must hold the rights to logos, fonts, footage and other material you upload.
• You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe intellectual property rights.
• You must not interfere with security, introduce malware, probe systems without permission, scrape the service or bypass access controls.
• You may not use Signal Flow to create deepfakes, impersonate real people's faces or voices, or produce misleading synthetic media.
• You may not create adult, hateful, illegal or infringing content, or content promoting gambling or financial trading schemes.
• Future Path Technologies may restrict content, suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Restricted locations

Signal Flow and Paddle cannot provide the service to individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to persons on applicable sanctions lists. By purchasing you confirm you are not such a person.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Signal Flow available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property and your content

Future Path Technologies and its licensors retain ownership of the Signal Flow software, templates, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with your plan and these terms, not ownership of the software. You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us only the rights needed to store and process that content to provide the service. You may use exported assets commercially subject to any third-party rights in your inputs; export does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or templates. Report infringement through the Contact Support page, identifying the work and disputed content. We may remove or restrict infringing content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
