1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signalflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Signalflow is owned and operated by Future Path Technologies, a registered sole proprietorship in the Republic of Zambia.

2. Description of Service

Signalflow provides AI-driven sales and marketing lead automation workflows. We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must hold valid authorization for any payment method used on the platform.
• You retain ownership of uploaded lead lists but are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable communications and anti-spam laws.
• You may not use the platform for malicious hacking, distributing malware, or sending unauthorized automated spam.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Platform access requires an active paid subscription billed in US Dollars (USD) at $79 per month (Growth), $249 per month (Pro), or $599 per month (Enterprise), with annual billing available at ten months of the monthly rate. First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial period followed by recurring billing. Subscription auto-renewals, billing terms, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law, Future Path Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from campaign downtime, third-party network interruptions, or data loss.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
