Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Future Path Technologies, trading as Signal Flow, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case.
2. How to request a refund
Request a refund through paddle.net (look up your order using your email and the receipt Paddle sent you), or submit your order number through Signal Flow Contact Support. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing page, via the link in your Paddle receipt, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be declined.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
