Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Signalflow services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis in USD via DPO Pay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@getsignalflow.co.
• Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will retain access to Signalflow features through the end of your current paid billing period.
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3. Refunds

• Initial Guarantee: First-time subscribers are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of the first paid billing date if the service does not meet operational needs.
• System Errors: Full refunds or account credits will be issued in cases of duplicate billing errors or verified platform outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours.
• Unused Usage: Prorated refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused automation credits.

4. Payouts

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and refunded directly back to the original card or payment account via DPO Pay.
