1. Who we are and our controller role

Future Path Technologies, trading as Signal Flow, operates this software-as-a-service workspace for creating branded digital assets and motion graphics. Future Path Technologies is the data controller for the account, support and service-usage information described in this notice: we determine why and how that information is processed. 2. Information we process

• Account information such as your name, business name and work email.
• Content and brand variables you enter in the studio, such as text, logos and colours.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working.

3. Payments and Paddle

Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment, billing address and tax details under its own privacy notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We never receive or store full card details. Paddle shares limited order information with us, such as your email, plan and subscription status, so we can provide access.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance: we process account details, uploaded logos and support requests to provide your workspace, brand kit and customer support. Motion video rendering takes place in your browser.
• Legitimate interests: we process necessary technical and usage information to maintain the service, diagnose faults and prevent fraud or misuse, balanced against your privacy rights.
• Legal obligations: we retain and disclose information when applicable tax, accounting or other law requires it.
• Consent: optional marketing or non-essential tracking, if introduced, requires consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data sharing and international transfers

We share only information needed for the relevant purpose with hosting and storage providers, support service providers and Paddle as Merchant of Record for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle processes buyer information under its own privacy notice. Information may also be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers and authorities where required by law. Providers may process information outside your country. Where UK or EEA transfer rules apply, we use applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Account details and stored brand logos are retained while your account is active and needed to provide the service. Support records and usage records are retained for as long as needed to resolve requests, maintain security or establish and defend legal claims. After account closure or a valid deletion request, information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless an applicable statutory retention period, unresolved dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Any retained information is limited to that purpose.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated account access and account-scoped access controls. Uploaded brand logos are kept in private storage with access restricted to their owner's account. Access to personal information is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it for their work. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and contact

Use the Signal Flow Contact Support page to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, object to processing, obtain data portability or withdraw consent. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Where GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month; if an extension is legally permitted, we will explain why. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Essential browser storage is used to maintain your signed-in session. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be subject to consent where required. You can manage cookies and storage through your browser settings; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. Paddle's checkout may use its own cookies under its privacy notice.
